A key role of the PCC is to hold the Chief Constable to account

Performance and Accountability Meetings (PAM) are held by the PCC every quarter and are open to the public. Meetings are attended by the Chief Constable John Campbell and relevant senior staff from both the Office of the PCC and Thames Valley Police and are an opportunity for the PCC to publicly hold the Chief Constable to account.

Meetings are held at Thames Valley Police Headquarters in Kidlington, Oxfordshire.

For the agendas and minutes of Performance and Accountability meetings please visit Meetings and Decision Making.

The PCC also produces an Annual Report highlighting progress made against the PCCs strategic objectives from his Police and Crime Plan.
