Jason Sinclair (Chair)
I am a Commercial Director and Management Consultant with a background in HR Management. My current role is Chief Operating Officer at Profile Resourcing, an Inclusive Recruitment Specialist. I also sit on several boards as a Trustee and Strategic Advisor.
I have had a wealth of experience over the last 24 years in Blue Chip, SME, Public Sector and Higher Education, and am a proud vocal supporter of Diversity and Inclusion and other initiatives designed to give all the chance of success!

Dannii Hinds
I am a business leader and community advocate. I have founded two companies and serves as Trustee at various charities within the Reading area. Alongside this I provide pastoral support to students at the University of Reading.
With a background in business development and consulting, education, and wellbeing coaching, I am passionate about social impact, inclusivity, and fostering collaboration between sectors to create lasting change.

Dr Arshad Jarral
I have spent many years driving organisational change and growth across the public and private sectors. I have over four decades of experience in Banking, Corporate Policy, HR, Equality and Human Rights and held senior position in Banking, Local Government, UK Civil Service (Home Office, Department of Trade & Industry and Ministry of Justice) and the private sector.
I have held numerous voluntary roles, including Chair of a School Governors for 10+ years, a member of the Magistrates Committee, roles within the Probation Service, Citizen Advice Bureau and the Commission for Racial Equality. Since 2020, my primary focus is advising and supporting various Mosques and community organisations on Policy, Planning, Constitutional matters and negotiations with Statuary agencies. I am a strong advocate for interfaith dialogue and effective partnership between various communities to sustain a multiracial/ multicultural society based on respect, tolerance and co-operation.

Dr. Mohamed Kharbouch
I am an IT professional with extensive experience in service delivery and implementation management.
I was born in Algeria and moved to the UK in 1983 and have lived in Wokingham since 1992.
I hold an advanced degrees in Computer Engineering from Sussex University. I am also very active in my community. I have lived in Wokingham since 1992 and am currently Vice Chair of the Runnymede Muslim Society and Chair of the Wokingham Muslim Society.

Fola Komolafe MBE DL CMgr CCMI
I am a humanitarian, social entrepreneur, and strategic leader inspired by my Christian faith to serve children to ensure they can experience fullness of life. Since October 2023, I have been the CEO of World Vision UK – the UK office of the world’s largest international children’s charity, working across 100 countries to tackle the root causes of poverty for children, and to provide humanitarian response to conflict, and climate-related disasters.
My professional career spans senior roles at HSBC, IBM, and Mazars, where I led global development initiatives. I later directed £multi-million projects across Africa and South Asia for the Open University, was Vice President of the British Red Cross, and co-founded several charities in the UK focused on youth empowerment such as Fresh Youth MK. I am a Trustee of the Milton Keynes Food Bank, and have served as a Deputy Lieutenant for Buckinghamshire since 2015. In 2017 I was bestowed an MBE for my services to business and community and in 2024 I won Black Female Pioneer of the Year at the Milton Keynes Excellence Awards.
I was born in the UK and spent much of my early childhood in Nigeria where I witnessed the true side of poverty which underpins much of my motivation in creating equality of opportunity for all children.

Dr Chris Lloyd
I am a Senior Lecturer in Law within the Oxford Brookes Law School, at Oxford Brookes University. I research, teach, and publish in the areas of criminal law and criminal justice.
I have worked alongside Thames Valley Police since 2020 and have lived and worked in Oxford since 2012.

Dr. Ranjit Manghnani
I have a diverse background in maritime command, policing, coaching, and consultancy. A Master Mariner, I transitioned into policing in 1985, rising to Assistant Chief Constable and am a national advisor on race and diversity. I hold Masters degrees from Cambridge, Middlesex and a doctorate in Change Management, and specialise in executive coaching and leadership development.
I am founder of Guru Leadership and work globally with senior police officers, CEOs, and institutions. I am also extremely committed to public service and provide pro bono coaching for refugees and supports local charities.
I am fluent in multiple languages and I value family, lifelong learning, and community impact.
