Financial Regulations

Financial Regulations set out the duties, rights and powers of the PCC, Chief Constable and their respective Chief Finance Officers, and provide clarity about the financial accountabilities of groups or individuals.

The financial regulations apply to every member and officer of the service and anyone acting on its behalf.

The Financial Regulations document has been incorporated into the Joint Corporate Governance Framework (Chapter 3) which can be viewed on the Policies and Procedures section.
