PCC reflects on first anniversary of Sarah Everard’s murder
Matthew Barber, Police and Crime Commissioner for Thames Valley, said: “Today marks one year since the shocking rape and murder of Sarah Everard by a serving police officer.
“This incident disgusted the nation, especially because the perpetrator was a police officer who used his trusted position to commit these vile acts.
“My thoughts remain with her family on this sad anniversary.”
