Victims First recommissioning process

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Thames Valley will be recommissioning the Thames Valley-wide core victims provision later this year, with new services starting on 1st April 2024.

It is important to us to develop these services based on the need of victims in the Thames Valley.

We are grateful for the assistance from service providers and local authority contacts, who through participation in our market engagement events, helped us to identify a variety of areas to focus on when recommissioning our services for victims of crime.

We are now looking to further focus in on key areas which will help guide the upcoming recommissioning process. To help enable us to do so, please see below links to three short surveys, relating to services for adult victims of crime, children and young people and victims of sexual violence respectively:

Please feel free to take all three surveys, or choose those which are most relevant to you. Please submit your answers by 21st June.
