Chief officer pay and rewards

On 16 July 2015 the Senior Salaries Review Body (SSRB) published its report on Chief Officer pay. The Home Secretary agreed a 1% increase in base pay for Chief Officers in England, Wales and a 1% increase on incremental pay points at Assistant Chief Constable and equivalent rank, and on London Weighting with effect from 1 September 2015.

 Chief Officer pay and rewards are published in the Thames Valley Police Chief Constable's Statement of Accounts 2014/15. A copy is available to download here (see note 10 Officers' Remuneration (pages 36-37)).
